  • Book launch and blog sign‑ups:

    • Purpose: to send you updates about the forthcoming book launch, blog content, and related events or resources you sign up for.

  • Contact and calendar bookings (Calendly):

    • Data: name, email address, any information you include in booking notes, and technical data such as IP address and device information captured by Calendly.

    • Purpose: to schedule and manage calls or meetings you request.

    • Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering into a contract; some technical data may also be processed on the basis of legitimate interests in running and protecting the site.

  • Analytics and site performance (Google Analytics):

    • Data: IP address (truncated where possible), device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our content.

    • Purpose: to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content and performance.

How long we keep your data

  • Newsletter and book‑launch mailing list data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for legal, tax, or record‑keeping purposes.

  • Contact and Calendly booking records are kept for up to 7 years to manage our relationship, handle queries, and for legal or business records.

  • Technical and analytics data is kept for the periods set in our analytics tools (typically between 14 months and 7 years, depending on configuration) and then deleted or anonymised.​

Where data is kept for longer than strictly necessary for day‑to‑day operations, it is retained only where required for legal, regulatory, or audit reasons.

Your rights
